The word “home” can be defined in many ways. A baseball player sees it as the ultimate goal. In the Wizard of Oz, home was a state of mind for Dorothy.
Home.
It can be felt and owned, invested in and cherished.
What does homeownership feel like to you?
Is it a solid investment to increase your wealth and purchase more investment properties? Is it in a location that will keep working for you to gain equity over time? Is it funding your children’s future?
Or is it a place of refuge and relaxation to tend to a garden, or paint the front door red? A place that you can host parties, barbecues, and cocktail hour?
What does homeownership look like to you?
Is it a located in an established neighborhood with older homes? Is it in a new subdivision? Or is it on acreage in the woods?
